Goal: To highlight the best young professionals, to increase the reputation of professional education, attract new students and promote interaction between employers and vocational training institutions.
Solution: Integrated Communication Campaign SkillsLatvia 2018
SkillsLatvia 2018 gathered 130 participants from 31 Latvian professional education institutions, where they competed in 20 different skills competitions. During the integrated communication campaign, we refreshed visual identity of the competition, developed design materials, implemented an advertising campaign, organized competition opening and closing events, worked with mass media, social media communication, photo and video materials were developed. In Career Cafe together with well-known industry representatives, we shared experiences and discussed the importance of the role of professional education in the labor market, while in the Parade of Professions got acquainted with the backstage of different professions. #SkillsLatvia #UzvarDarītājs #GenerationDO
