Riga investment and tourism agency | Summer tourism campaign in Poland
On behalf of the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency, we implemented a summer tourism campaign in one of the most important foreign target markets – Poland. We highlighted Riga as an attractive destination for summer holidays, inviting people to visit the city and enjoy its summer magic and events, as well as to promote Riga's recognition among economically active Polish tourists.
To achieve these goals, we positioned Riga as a unique and engaging destination in the fields of art and culture, gastronomy and active recreation, while emphasizing that the climatic conditions and pleasant temperatures throughout the summer allow you to enjoy the city's charm and extensive tourism opportunities without any obstacles. You can experience more in Riga in one weekend than in other major European cities – here you have everything you need for a great vacation, available at your fingertips.
In collaboration with “Weber Shandwick Poland”, our partner agency in Poland, we organized visits to Riga during the summer for a Polish journalist and blogger, as well as 11 influencers with a wide range of followers. Sharing their personal experiences on social media platforms “Instagram”, “Facebook” and “TikTok”, the city’s guests vividly reflected Riga’s most popular attractions and highlighted its culinary offerings, cultural events and other activities, making the city attractive to families, couples and individual travelers alike, and encouraging followers to consider Riga for their next trip.
The high-quality visuals created by the influencers increased the visibility of the campaign and the audience reached – considering all channels and publication formats, the total audience reached was 550 thousand people. In addition, all guests who visited Riga indicated that the Latvian capital is an excellent destination for a city break.
In addition to visits to Riga, we also implemented public relations activities, reaching more than 760 publications in Polish media and an audience exceeding 4 million Polish residents.
